I’m only posting this because I know you guys are quick and learned from the Fitness crew who did this last week. If you don’t show up, think of me as a disappointed dad. You don’t want to disappoint your dad.

Don’t eff up this weeks tests by doing “extra” work outside of the gym. This is a testing week not training. We will get back to training next week.

A. Strength/Battery Test *record both scores & compare to 6/17
-In 8 minutes find a 1RM Power Clean
-Rest EXACTLY 3 minutes
-In 8 minutes AMRAP Power Cleans @ 90% of 1RM

B. 1RM Weighted Pull-up

C. 1RM Weighted Dip

D. CTB Pace Test
For Time
-20 sets of 5 Unbroken CTB Pull-ups
*For those that don’t have consistent CTB Pull-ups or haven’t been following our weekly volume of pull-ups, we will scale down to 10 sets of 5 UB CTB’s or regular pull-ups as we did a few months ago.

Competition 09.15.2014


Testing week! Schedule will look a little different. We will test M/T/W, rest day TH, then resume F/SAT

A. Max HS walk in 3 minutes

B. NME Test *record both test scores, and compare to 06/19
-Back Squat- 15 min to work to a 1RM
-Rest EXACTLY 5 min
-AMRAP @ 85% of 1RM @30X1

C. 1RM Snatch
*Normally I’d put this before squats but I don’t want it throwing off any scores from part B

D. 1RM Strict Press
